Acne Bootcamp Consultation
Clearing acne is a very in-depth, sometimes difficult task. Due to the level of commitment needed, a consult prior to your first treatment is a requirement. This is a structured, committed program that consists of biweekly treatments, a custom homecare regimen, and necessary lifestyle changes. The consultation fee is waived if product is purchased.

Acne Bootcamp Treatment
Acne bootcamp treatments are scheduled every two weeks to get you on the road to clear skin. It typically takes a minimum of 3 months to get you mostly, to completely clear. At these appointments, you can expect Devyn to adjust your homecare regimen as necessary so that your skin doesn't over-adapt and stop responding and/or ask you questions in regards to doing your due diligence at home.

THE DETAILS OF FACE REALITY ACNE BOOTCAMP
Your consultation will include an extremely in-depth discussion about your skin history and lifestyle + you'll receive a skin analysis, custom tailored home care regimen, and we will schedule your first two treatments. Expect to purchase roughly $150-300 worth of products at the time of your first visit - this is required in order to do Acne Bootcamp.
Your biweekly treatments include everything that can possibly benefit acne-prone skin - a deep cleanse, a hydrating enzyme or a TCA chemical peel, thorough extractions, high frequency, LED light therapy, + finishing products.
Additionally, acne bootcamp clients will gain access to our handcrafted acne portal, which provides 10+ files worth of acne education and documents for your personal keeping for life.

Do you take walk-in appointments?No - we are an appointment only business.

Your availability only shows specific days, but I want to come in sooner. What do I do?What is posted on our booking site for availability is simply what I have available for appointments. Please don't reach out to me asking for availability same or next day. You can join the waitlist if a specific spot is desired!

Is a consultation required for new clients?Yes it is, for all clients I have not seen before. At SBD, we are corrective, results driven, not a one-stop facial spot. I expect those coming to be committed to prioritizing their skin health . If you have no intention to start using professional-grade homecare or doing monthly treatments, I will refer you elsewhere.

Can I just walk in at my appointment time?I am a one-woman show and often booked with my clients back-to-back, so please wait patiently in your car or the small lobby area until your exact appointment start time, then buzz to enter the salon suite building. If I am running slightly early/behind, you will receive a text, but otherwise please wait until your exact appointment time to enter the building.

How can I prepare for my appointment?Avoid any harsh, exfoliating products at least 3-7 days prior to your appointment. Please arrive wearing little to no makeup, if possible. Do not receive any facial waxing or any facial services at least 2 weeks in advance. Lastly, be ready to transform your skin! Be prepared to avoid sweating and sun exposure at least 24 hours after your appointment.

I am running out of products, what do I do?Order your needed restock(s) on the products page of the booking site, and select pickup or shipping when checking out. There is a flat fee rate of $5 for shipping. Pickup is free at the suite location.

SKIN PREP
- Avoid AHAs, BHAs, Retinoids, Tretinoin, and any other active products in your regimen for at least 3-7 days prior to your appointment.
- Know your skincare! Devyn will need to know your exact daily regimen (brands, product types, and details) in order to accurately evaluate your skin.

You're one step closer to better skin! Devyn will reach out within a few days to check-in on your skin & how you are liking any purchased product(s). As a client of SBD, you will be able to text Devyn 24/7 with any questions or concerns about your skin, products, or upcoming appointments.
