These policies are in place for all clients getting services provided to them by Skin By Devyn. When booking, you agree to all policies found below. If you have any questions about these polices, please don't hesitate to contact Devyn!

Card On File Policy

All appointments require a card on file. This holds your appointment.

Your card will ONLY be charged in the instance of a no-show or late cancellation.

Cancellation Policy

All cancellations are required to be made at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time. Cancellations made within the 48-hour timeline will be charged 50% of the service cost to the card on file.

Late Policy

If you arrive within the 15 minute grace period, your service will be shortened accordingly, if possible. Your service will end at the original time and you will be charged 100% of the service charge.

No-Show Policy

All appointments arriving over 15 minutes late, or not at all, without any communication will be considered a no call, no show & therefore will be charged 75% of the service cost to the card on file. If your card declines, you will not be able to schedule with me in the future until that service is full paid off.

No Guests Allowed Policy

Children, friends, family, etc. are not allowed to be brought into the treatment room with you without prior consent from me. This is valuable time for us to build a valuable relationship, as well as time for me to create a relaxing, comfortable environment for you during your advanced skin treatment. If you wish to bring someone with you, you must contact me prior to your appointment for approval. 

3+ Cancellation/
No-Show Policy

After your third late cancellation and/or no-show, I will permanently stop making time to service you. This is put in place to respect and value my time, money, as well as other clients who wouldn't take my time for granted.
